Happy Feast of the Epiphany!
What a wonderful day! The last day of Christmas. We awoke early to perform at the 10AM Mass. Cate, Jack, and I rang bells while Carrie joined the children’s choir for the Christmas pageant. It was so beautiful. The children did a marvelous job and - as usual - I cried.
We returned home to celebrate with godfamilies over brunch. Baked stuffed French toast, sausages, bacon, omelettes and a FABULOUS spinach and sausage pie (I’ve requested the receipt) were washed down with coffee, tea, juice and… a gallon of homemade hot chocolate. The menfolk enjoyed the football game (Patriots and Jets).
After tidying up a bit, the godchildren worked on making crowns

They came out beautifully!

When we’d finished, the Kings blessed the door…

And wished Baby Jesus (in pink jammies) a Happy Birthday

A great time was had by all!
