Fit in 40 :: Progress Report

Phew! I’m finding I have to be very conscious of how much water I’m drinking and when. Brian is much better at it than I am. He keeps reminding me that it’s time for more. When it’s really busy around here, it’s difficult to pay attention or keep track. I need to have my last glass at around 4 PM in order not to have to wake in the night. And I really like having a nice warm glass of water first thing in the morning.

Everything seems to be moving in the right direction IYKWIM… And I’m beginning to break out. I hate that part. I’m getting a slight headache, which I’ve found is normal for me when I’m cleansing after a long stretch of… well… bad habits. Other than the breakouts, my skin looks nicer. My hands are always very dry from sewing/knitting/artwork and from constant washing from changing babies and meal prep.

I’m also finding that I am feeling very tired. I’m thinking that’s an indication that my vitamins and minerals are out of balance, so I’ll need to be sure to watch that.

For my headache, I’m taking a nice mug of ginger tea with honey. That should also help with any inflammation in my skin. I’ll take a chelated iron before bed to see if that helps tomorrow with the fatigue.

    SO that’s what caused the headache huh?
    So far, of the 9 - 10 cups I need a day, I am up to 3 :o
    I have my water sitting on my desk in a crystal glass though ;)
    Yesterday I began a little late, so only got 1/2 my quota I should have had :/

    I should also add that I find when I drink enough water that my skin clears up a lot. Which is nice ;)
