Recipe:: Chocolate Pudding
Comfort food in our house – served warm with double cream or milk. Nice when you want to cozy up with the family for a good movie. Today – John Paull II with Jon Voight.
Chocolate Pudding for a Crowd
3/4 c. cocoa powder
1.5 c. sugar
pinch salt
2/3 c. cornstarch
6 c. milk
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a large pot, until blended thoroughly. Heat over medium-high heat until it comes to the boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and serve. 8 generous servings, or 12 stingy ones.
