Rain, rain
Stay if you like. We don’t mind coming out to play with you, so long as you’re warm. And if you are too cold, there is still plenty we can do.
We can run errands – like picking up that burn permit I keep forgetting to do.
We can pull out the catalogs, paper, and pencils for some garden planning and shopping.
I can order my chicks, poults, and goslings.
We can search for some more wooden pallets to make new chicken tractors, and a shed.
I can do some more work on that new book outline, maybe get a chapter worked on.
I can take some photos and finish our passport renewals. Pa says we may need them. ![]()
And we can snuggle up and watch this movie again while I sip some cherry blossom tea (a gift from Brian’s trip to DC) and knit some new things for Jamie. He needs a new pilot cap, and this sweet vest.
And I can thank God for taking care of the watering for me!
